How does Anveshan ensure the purity of its oils and honey?
We follow a farm-to-fork model. Our wood-pressed oils are extracted at low temperatures to retain nutrients, and our honey is raw and unprocessed. Every batch undergoes rigorous lab testing for purity and zero adulteration.
What is the shelf life of your food products?
Most of our products, including A2 Ghee and wood-pressed oils, have a shelf life of 9 to 12 months. Since we do not use artificial preservatives, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-7 business days for other regions across India.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within India. We are actively working on expanding our logistics to bring our traditional Indian superfoods to customers worldwide in the near future.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Are your products organic?
We prioritize natural and traditional processing methods. While many of our sourcing farms follow organic practices, we focus on 'minimal processing' to ensure that the natural enzymes and nutrition of the food remain intact.
